C-BUSHINGS (POLY)

Rubber C-bushings are also available. C-bushings are used on 66-79 Ford F100, F150 and Bronco with 4 wheel drive. They are where the front of the radius arm wraps around the axle.

(Poly) which is short for polyurethane is a high performance bushing material that replaces factory rubber bushings to improve handling and control. Unlike rubber bushings, poly bushings have virtually no deflection which keeps everything in better alignment under heavy cornering and braking loads. If you demand the best steering response and handling characteristics from your truck and are willing to accept some increase in road vibration to get it, then poly is the best choice for you. Our poly is graphite impregnated (black in color).
