UPPER BALL JOINT STUD REMOVER

The upper ball joint stud remover makes it easier to remove the upper ball joint from the knuckle.  Place the tool between the upper and lower ball joint studs.  Remove the upper ball joint stud nut.  Put pressure on the tool and steadily increase the pressure.  While apply pressure, hit the knuckle with a hammer.  The stud should pop out.  If it doesn't pop out, apply more pressure and hit it with a hammer again.  You may need to repeat this sequence a few times.
